• Orders not paid within 24 hours may be automatically cancelled
• Customized orders proceed to production only after payment confirmation

Shell Design is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions or incorrect transfer details provided by the customer.

Courier & Delivery

• Deliveries are handled by third-party courier partners
• Shipping fees are paid by the customer unless the order total exceeds AED 5,000
• Delivery timelines vary depending on courier and destination

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Customized Orders

• No refunds or exchanges
• All customized abayas are made specifically per client request

In-Stock Items

• Exchanges allowed within 30 days from receipt
• No refunds unless legally required
• Customer bears shipping or may visit the store
• Items must be unworn
• Items must be unwashed
• Items must have original tags and packaging

Clearance Items

• No returns or exchanges

All exchanges are subject to inspection and approval under Shell Design's SOP.

REFUND POLICY

Where refunds are legally applicable:

• Refunds are issued via bank transfer only
• Refunds are processed to the same bank account used for purchase
• Processing time: up to 14 days, subject to bank processing timelines
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
